Actually a knorke bar with great music, but every 2nd time I have a discussion about filling up the beer mug. So far they have been refilled without grumbling, only today I had a discussion about it, then reluctantly refilled, and even after that the beer was under the calibration mark. Actually more of a bar and cafe than a restaurant. Wide drinks menu, but there is also a small menu. Good coffee, quite good service.

Very nice for a drink and reflection, it's next to the statue and has lots of vibrance with passing people and food. The staff are super friendly and speak English. Highly recommended

A very beautiful location in the heart of Mainz, which can convince with both an inviting outdoor area and a stylish interior. That's what I call a good ambience! A bar like this has finally opened in Mainz! Super friendly staff! You immediately feel at home! You order a long drink and get small snacks brought to the table for free! Pleasant lighting and wonderful "paintings" on the walls create a wonderful atmosphere! People just go and see for yourself! In the summer it is very nice to sit outside and you have a nice overview and view of the entire Schillerplatz and the Fastnachtsbrunnen. Service very good and you are only asked once if everything is OK, which of course is OK. I recommend the house lemonade. Simply great and delicious.

Great place to go for a beer, they have 'Gravensteiner' vom Fass. Busy Pub and a great place to meet up.Staff are very friendly and welcoming, if your'e going to Mainz you should 'pop in'.
